- He was rescued from a kill shelter and is currently staying in a safe foster in Romania.
- This lovely intelligent boy deserves his own forever family and so we are looking for a home for him in the UK.
- Raffles is 8 years old and a small- medium size doggy.
- He is very friendly with other dogs and people and can be cat tested if required.
- Raffles is neutered, fully vaccinated, flea and worm treated and fully blood screened just waiting to trave
- Raffles can come directly to his new home in the UK, Pennypaws will arrange everything his passport is ready
