- We met Scotty last September
- Extremely nervous of humans upon last visit but good with dogs
- He needs further assessment in March 2026 when the team re visit Romania but we are looking for an experienced adopter to help Scotty learn what safety and love is.
- Only experienced adopters with previous rescue knowledge will be considered
- Fully vaccinated and blood tested
- Full RBU and support from Pennypaws Rescue
- A homecheck will be required (video)
