Hello,
We as a family, are enquiring about adopting “Cosmo and Nova”.
We already have Two dogs from your organisation, “Ren”, whom you called “Sophie” and “Suzy”, whom you called “Honey”.
They are both doing great, however, unfortunately “Ren”, is starting to find walking a bit hard going, she is okay on short distances but cannot do long walks now, as her back legs are starting to faulter. So we have adjusted things for her and she is on pain relieve medication, hopefully she has a few more years to go, before the inevitable passing occurs.
But our worry is “Suzy”, whom has become attached and used to having “Ren”, around all day with us. “Suzy”, is young and we feel will need another dog to live with as and when “Ren”, passes. Which is why we are enquiring about “Cosmo and Nova”.
They are both of a similar age to “Suzy”, which will be great for us all, as we like to go on long walks.
We travel a lot in the Motorhome about “Five to Six Months”, in the year. Both “Ren and Suzy”, love it. We will be home at the end of “October 2026” until “May 2027”, which is when we start our travels again.
Both “Cosmo and Nova”, if we are allowed to adopt them both, will be coming with us in the Motorhome with “Ren and Suzy”. However, we cannot receive them until “November 2026”, if we are accepted as their adopters.
We would like to reiterate, that this enquiry, is in relation of the passing of “Ren”, as and when it happens which we all will be heartbroken.
However we also have to think of and take into consideration “Suzy”, being alone again in her short life. Which is why we are enquiring about “Cosmo and Nova”, they look to be energetic and “Suzy”, loves to run around and dig a nest for herself.
“Suzy”, will need playmates as she does love running around with other dogs and fair play to “Ren”, she does try to play, but tires quickly. When we are at home there are other dogs which we meet over the park that “Suzy”, runs around with, but it is when we are away that she needs that kind of play time interaction.
Sorry that this is a bit long winded, but we do want to be up front with you and your organisation, about our reasons for adopting “Cosmo and Nova”.
