    Please attach photos of the indoor spaces the dog will have access to, plus some pictures of the garden and fence.

    Please list all the adults who live in your household, their relationship to you and their ages. If you are a male OR female only home, please indicate as this is often useful for some dogs.

    We advise putting animal insurance in place as soon as your application has been successful, and your dog has either begun traveling or collection arrangements from a foster has been put in place, as normally insurance is not valid for the first 14 days.
