  • Star’s foster mum said Star is house trained, so Star would of 100% been a pet before being dumped in the kill shelter in Romania back in December
  • She is a chilled girl and loves cuddles and affection
  • She has found her new love… the sofa

A note from Fred’s Fantastic Foster (click to read)

Available for Adoption: Meet Fantastic Fred 🐾

Fred (Freddie) is a loving, fun-filled 2-year-old boy with an adorable Labrador x corgi/dachshund look, and an even better personality to match. Currently based in Bedfordshire.

He’s fantastic with people, great with other dogs, and always up for making new friends. Fred is housetrained, sleeps through the night, and happily settles on the sofa or in his bed (he’ll even take himself off for some quiet time).

This clever foodie already knows “sit” and is doing brilliantly with recall. He walks beautifully on the lead and loves his daily adventures, currently enjoying 2–3 walks a day as he gets fitter and healthier.

As a young dog, Fred has good energy levels and would love a home with a secure garden for his zoomies!

Fred travels well in the car and is proving himself to be an all-round superstar. He can be left for periods of time, but he truly thrives on human company and will happily become your little shadow.

Fred is currently learning not to jump up to say hello (he’s just very friendly!), so may be better suited to a home without very young children while he continues his training.

He would need a cat-free home, and at around 20kg, he’s a sturdy boy.

Fred would suit a mid-active home looking for an affectionate, loyal companion who loves being part of the family.

Sandy

  • Sandy – 11 year old boy
  • His dad – his adopter has sadly passed away
  • Currently in emergency foster care in Wellingborough area – but transport available
  • Still likes to have a good run about and loves a walk
  • Also like to have a nice doze during the day

  • His left back leg was injured when hit by a car in Romania but he lives with it fine, nothing needs to be done.

Oreo

  • Meet Oreo – a sweet, playful boy with a soft heart and a soft centre (just like his name suggests!). Rescued from a life on a chain, Oreo is now thriving in foster and discovering the joys of being loved and free.
  • Though he can be a little wary of new people at first, he’s incredibly affectionate once he feels safe. He loves his toys—especially footballs!—and enjoys nothing more than a good play session with other dogs. Oreo also walks beautifully on a lead and is very food motivated, which makes him a dream to train and is responding very quickly an intelligent boy
